Over the past six months, I’ve been developing PrimeMind, a comprehensive mental development ecosystem designed to help sports programs make the development of athletes, coaches, parents, and teams an integral part of what they do.

PrimeMind helps athletes strengthen performance and well-being, coaches become more effective leaders, teams develop healthier and higher-performing cultures, and parents support their children’s healthy development through sport.

PrimeMind is now live and has reached a solid degree of maturity. As the next step in its growth, I’m beginning to recruit what I call PrimeMind Development Specialists (PDSs) to introduce PrimeMind to clubs, teams, schools, colleges and universities, and other sports programs.

What Is a PrimeMind Development Specialist?

A PDS is more than a salesperson. A PDS is an ambassador for PrimeMind who develops relationships with sports programs and helps them understand, adopt, implement, and successfully use PrimeMind.

I’m looking for people who have a strong connection to sport, communicate well, enjoy developing relationships, take initiative, and are comfortable creating their own opportunities. Sales experience can be helpful, but it isn’t required. Your passion for and knowledge of sport and your ability to connect with people and build trust are more important.

The Opportunity

PDSs work independently and flexibly as independent contractors and earn performance-based commissions on the programs they develop.

PDSs earn 25% of eligible revenue from programs they develop during the initial 12-month subscription period and 10% on eligible annual renewals.

PrimeMind provides comprehensive training, resources, and ongoing support to help PDSs develop relationships, introduce PrimeMind effectively, guide programs through the decision-making process, and support them after they join.

The PDS opportunity can complement school, another career, or your own business—or potentially grow into a primary professional role.

If this sounds like an opportunity that might be right for you—or if you know someone who would be a good fit—you can learn more about the PDS role, compensation, and application process here:
