What If vs. What is Possible

Before:

Avoid filling your mind with "What if I fail?" questions. They hurt motivation, confidence, intensity, and focus, and cause doubt, worry, and anxiety. Instead, prepare yourself by asking “What is possible?” questions. They focus you on all the good things that can happen.

During:

If a "What if?" thought appears in your mind, replace it with "What do I do now?" which focuses you on the process in the present. Keep your mind centered on what will enable you to perform well rather on what could go wrong.
