Four Focus Ps (positive, process, present, progress)

Before:

For you to get the most out of your practice sessions, you need to be focused. Before practice, choose to keep your attention on the Four Focus Ps: Positive, Process, Present, and Progress. These become your guide whenever your attention drifts.

During:

Throughout practice, periodically ask yourself which "P" you need most right now. If you become negative, outcome-focused, stuck in the past or future, or overlook your improvement, deliberately return to the appropriate P.

After:
