Some days you simply won't feel your best. And you’re not able to turn your day around. I don’t feel good and you don’t perform well. The natural reaction is to ease up or give up. But you decide whether a practice will be good or bad. Decide that even on those days you can still turn it into a different sort of good day in which you get mentally stronger by staying positive, motivated, intense, and focused.
