Consistency

Before:

Consistency is often what separates the great from the good. The great perform at a high level day in and day out with fewer and shorter drops in performance. So don't chase one great practice. Your goal is to produce a quality practice session every day. Consistency—not occasional brilliance—drives improvement.

During:

Stay committed to quality from start to finish of practice regardless of how you feel or how you are performing. Staying motivated, confidence, intense, focused, and committed. Every consistent effort strengthens the habits that produce consistently high performance.
