About PrimeMind

PrimeMind is building the world’s first operating system for mental development in sport.

PrimeMind provides athletes, coaches, parents, and sports programs with a comprehensive and integrated ecosystem of practical information, tools, and resources designed to strengthen performance, well-being, and healthy development.

One Ecosystem. One Platform

One Shared Purpose.

PrimeMind brings together every essential contributor to mental development into a single, integrated platform.

When everyone develops together, everyone wins.

What is a PrimeMind Development Specialist?

A PrimeMind Development Specialist (PDS) is more than a salesperson. A PDS is an ambassador for PrimeMind who develops relationships with sports programs and helps them understand, adopt, implement, and successfully use PrimeMind.

PDSs identify programs that could benefit from PrimeMind, connect with directors, coaches, and other decision-makers, learn about their needs and goals, introduce them to PrimeMind, guide them through the decision-making process, and support their successful adoption of the platform.

The role is relationship-driven rather than transaction-driven. The goal isn’t simply to make a sale. It’s to develop lasting partnerships that bring meaningful mental development to a sports program’s athletes, coaches, teams, and parents.

Who We're Looking For

The best PrimeMind Development Specialists combine a genuine connection to sports with the ability to connect with people, build relationships, and create opportunities.

You may be a good fit if you:

  • Have a strong connection to sports as an athlete, coach, professional, parent, or other participant in the sports community.

  • Enjoy meeting people and developing relationships.

  • Communicate confidently and professionally.

  • Are comfortable initiating conversations and reaching out to people you don’t already know.

  • Are self-directed, organized, persistent, and reliable.

  • Believe in the importance of mental development in sports.

  • Have the initiative and entrepreneurial mindset to develop your own network of programs and opportunities.

Sales experience can be valuable, but it isn’t required. More important is your passion for and knowledge of sport, your ability to build trust, communicate the value of PrimeMind, and develop lasting relationships with sports programs.

Why Become a PrimeMind Development Specialist?

Becoming a PDS offers the opportunity to combine your passion for sport with meaningful work, professional independence, and performance-based income.

Make a difference in sport. Help sports programs provide athletes, coaches, teams, and parents with the mental development they need to perform better, strengthen their well-being, and develop in healthy ways.

Work independently and flexibly. Determine when, where, and how you develop relationships and opportunities based on your schedule, interests, and connections.

Build something of your own. Develop your own network of sports programs and build lasting relationships that can grow over time.

Earn based on your success. Receive commissions on the PrimeMind programs you develop, including recurring commissions when those programs renew.

Compensation

PrimeMind Development Specialists are independent contractors who earn performance-based commissions on the sports programs they develop.

25% New Program Commission
Earn 25% of net revenue from a new program’s PrimeMind license and associated athlete subscriptions during its initial 12-month subscription period.

10% Renewal Commission
Earn 10% of net revenue from subsequent annual program and athlete-subscription renewals when you continue to support the program relationship.

There is no limit to the number of programs you can develop or the commissions you can earn. The more successful relationships you build, the greater your earning opportunity.

Training & Support

You’ll have the training, resources, and ongoing support you need to represent PrimeMind confidently and effectively.

As a PDS, you’ll receive:

    • Comprehensive orientation and training on PrimeMind and the PDS role.
    • A PDS Playbook and Operations Manual to guide you through the entire process.
    • Professional presentation and demonstration materials.
    • Ready-to-use outreach, discovery, trial, and follow-up resources.
    • Implementation and ongoing program-support resources.
    • Continued support from PrimeMind as you develop and manage your program relationships.

You’ll work independently, but you won’t be alone.

FAQs

Is this a full-time position?
It could be. PDSs are independent contractors and can determine how much time they want to devote to developing their PrimeMind business.

Is there a salary?
No. PDS compensation is entirely commission-based, with commissions on new program revenue and eligible renewals.

Do I need sales experience?
No. Sales experience can be helpful, but your passion for and knowledge of sport, ability to connect with people, initiative, and relationship-building skills are more important.

Do I need a background in sport psychology or mental performance?
No, but it would be helpful. PDSs are not mental performance practitioners. PrimeMind provides the training and resources you need to understand and represent PrimeMind effectively, and build relationships with sports program. If you aspire to be sport psychologist or mental coach, being a PDS will provide you with valuable practical experiences that will help you become one.

Can I be a PDS while going to school, working another job, or running my own business?
Yes. The PDS role is designed to provide considerable independence and flexibility.

Will PrimeMind provide training and materials?
Yes. PDSs receive comprehensive training and a library of resources to support outreach, presentations, trials, enrollment, implementation, and ongoing program relationships.

How much can I earn?
Your earnings depend on the number and size of the programs you develop and retain. PDSs earn 25% of eligible net revenue during a program’s initial 12-month subscription period and 10% on eligible subsequent annual renewals.
