In the series, we’ll be doing a deep dive into all things psychological and emotional in the complex and demanding sport of triathlon.
In Podcast #2, I explore how to have a strong race from start to finish. I discuss pre-race preparation, how to have a good start to the race, what to do in the middle of a race to prevent a let down, and, importantly, how to muster your mental and physical strength to finish the race strong.
