Morning:
Pigeon stretch for 20 seconds
Lat stretch for 15 seconds each arm
Butt kickers 15 each leg
1 backbend (only do this one if you are in shape and flexible)
20 donkey kickers each leg
30 squats
30 crunches
25 situps
30 jumping jacks
15 lunges each leg
Jumprope
Evening:
30 jumping jacks
10 pushups
30 crunches
25 situps
15 side lunges each leg
10 triceps curls each arm
10 biceps curls each arm
