Not long ago, I was invited by Duane and Dorette Franks, my friends who run Trifiniti, one of the premier multisport training programs in the U.S., to present a webinar on Mental Training for Triathlon to their athletes.

In the webinar, I explain what mental training, how it can help triathletes train better and achieve their competitive goals. I also introduce some essential mental tools, in particular, my “mental power tools,” that can enable athletes to take their efforts to a new level by helping them to overcome the inevitable exertion pain that they certainly experience in their training and competitive performances.
