		<description>@Maria: I thoroughly agree. I just read an article that indicated that the Chicago system Duncan set while was in charge there to raise test scores, and which is the model for RTTT, has failed miserably. 

He was clearly a safe and familiar choice for Obama to make, but not one who will change the game. I&#039;m afraid, though, that we are stuck with him.</description>
