		<description>I read, reread and reread these comments again. I am amazed at how well you have written this. In India - our regulations have helped us tide over the recession ( although there is a lurking feeling that things are not over yet ) - and yet we really need the credit based economics of a free market to provide uncomplicated means of livelihood for the poor in our country. I wish we could leapfrog - but most likely that we are going to go through the same process of learning and unlearning that the developed countries have gone through.</description>
