Here’s a summary: Dr. Jim Taylor will discuss how to raise the bar in your performance by creating a framework for understanding and developing the five psychological contributors to the Prime Business Pyramid (motivation, confidence, stress, focus, emotions). He will describe the goals of performance, productivity, and profitability and show how your performance mindset impacts your expectations and goals, and the commitment, energy, and effort directed towards them. The goal of this workshop is to provide you with the insights and tools necessary to take your performances to a new level and achieve “spectacular success.”
